I don't really know a lot about refs, I don't really pay attention to them lol.

 

Smoger obviously.

Kenny Bayless? did a damn good job in Pac vs JMM II. Not an easy fight to ref.

 

Steve Smoger, Kenny Bayless, Jay Nady (meh), Vic "Soviet Hammer" Dracula (from Diaz-Pac)

 

Both Smoger & Bayless are good and the ref (Vic Darkulich sp?) was decent too last night.. Although he should have stopped the fighter earlier maybe, he did keep checking to see if Diaz' cuts were alright and he did stop the fight without question once Pacquiao dropped Diaz..

I really like Caiz Jr., he's a much better ref than his dad.

Lou Moret is alright... and of course, Smoger is the king.

Fights get stopped far to early these days. Diaz has been training his ass in preparation for this fight, and just because he is getting his ass beat shouldn't mean he is pulled from the bout. He has had a history of coming back from beatdowns. The referee did a fantastic job. As soon as he hit the canvas, that was the right time to wave the fight off.

 

They don't exist here, every ref we have is ****.

 

My favs are Smoger, Bayless, and Drakulich.

For some reason, i cant stand arthur mercante jr.

Kenny Bayless, Steve Smoger, Vic Drakulich, Jay Nady(haven't seen him for a while), Joe Cortez(yes he's good).

 

Smoger and Bayliss are very good, Weeks is too, i was never impressed with Randy Neuman and Cortez is a dirty word here..

Byrd is good also .... and even Toby Gibson can have decent days..

Tony Orlando is quite a firm referee... Eddie Cotton too..

My fave is Davey Pearl though, he was respected because he knew a lot of Mob related characters....
