11 seasons. A hell of a lot of fighters. Who have been the 10 best to emerge from the house?

    1. Kenny Florian
    2. Rashad Evans
    3. Forrest Griffin
    4. Josh Koscheck
    5. Matt Serra
    6. Ryan Bader
    7. Gray Maynard
    8. Diego Sanchez
    9. Roy Nelson
    10. George Sotiropolus

I might catch flack for ranking KenFlo over former Champions but IMO Kenny is the most well rounded fighter of the group and although he is lacking that Championship win I think his resume is the most deep.

Damn I almost forget Serra. His career was really in the tanks at the time.

Maybe tanks isnt the right word. Serra IMO had **** luck in those pre TUF days. Look at it he was 4-4 in the UFC but examine the 4 losses. Serra is well on his way to winning a decision over Shonie Carter and with 10 secounds left bam spinning backfist hes KOed, BJ Penn very VERY close fight not a robbery but IMO Serra won and most ive talked with believe he did enough also but agian sooo close, Din Thomas remember Serra was announced as the winner but they found the judging error and Thomas later got the SD victory agian very close, Karo Parisyan now he did lose the decision cleary but he had Karo hurt BADLY and IMO Karo was briefly out but snapped back into it in enough time. Just think how different his career is if the spinning back fist missed, the Penn and Thomas fights go 1 point differently in his favor and Karo doesnt recover.

That is correct and did Shonie fight Matt again in the show? I remember him doing a couple of backfists, was it against Serra?. The BJ loss as well was tough, He completely neutralized BJ, I think tahts the right word. Din Thomas was the man at the time at LW along with Jens, I remember Din was favored against BJ. I didnt see the fight with Serra, those were UFCs dark days but Ill rewatch it.

Yeah ive never seen the Din Thomas fight either I remember watching UFC 41 on illegal PPV but dont recall seeing that fight. Shonie did fight Serra on TUF 4 and did land a backfist or 2 but Matt took it better this time luckily for him. Im sure that loss all those years ago still hurts though just because of the nature of the loss and how for years he was known as the backfist KO victim instead of being known as a quality fighter. Now all he is known as is the guy who got "lucky" vs GSP which I agian think is unfair.

All though i dont consider Florian and Maynard to be worlds apart in there ability , Florian has been a top dog @55 since Maynard was on TUF .....

Leben is a tough guy with a big punch the other guys are more well rounded. Bisping come on dude seriously hes feasted on journeymen and lost agianst every fighter thats actually worth a damn and that includes Hamill.

Leben is more well-rounded than he is given credit for. He has pulled off submissions and showed more sides to his game than just a puncher.

Interesting list. I find it hard to put KenFlo on top. However, can you believe his last 4 fights have ended by way of RNC.

I dont disagree with that I agree Leben has dangerous standup, good clinch game, an active and dangerous jiujitsu guard, decent GNP, solid wrestling and great cardio however im comparing him to the guys on my top 10 list. I think hes a bit less well rounded then most and he has alot of bad losses now and some to guys who arent even contenders. When I made the list there was like 20 guys I typed off to start but had to narrow it down he was in my top 20 thats for sure.
