As far as I've read they were saying it's the best he's looked in years. That doesn't mean that he's prime all of a sudeen. It means, he has looked like **** lately but not in this fight.

I would like someone to name me one thing 2008 Cotto does better then 2012 Cotto?

I have more reason to believe that Mayweather was hoping Cotto beat Margo and Hoya and became a superstar and Mayweather would come out of retirement to face him with each of them making 20+mil in the biggest fight of the decade then Mayweather never wanting to fight Cotto as long as he was undefeated.

He retired when WW division was up and coming. Hot would mean that all those WWs were accomplished.

Yeah up and coming, my mistake...meaning they should have fought each other to find out who was the best. But Floyd had nothing left to prove

Fair enough, I think Floyd UDs him clearly and quite easily. I think its quite clear what Floyd does to come forward fighters aka Hatton, Gatti, Baldomir. Exception to the rule is Castillo but his pressure was more educated than Margos. Btw your false equivalency with xylocaine and plaster of paris is quite pathetic

Dude didn't even have a real trainer 2008. He was also poorly conditioned, had no defense, didn't have big fight experience, confidence facing B level guys for vacant titles.

Thats the thing about Cotto dude could have been even better at that point in his career if he was with the right people early.

So Floyd automatically beats him? For sure?
