Pac/Margarito is the biggest fight that can be made at 147(other than PAC/PBF). If Arum makes this fight, PBF now has no option but to go to 154 to get the one-up on Pac.

Pac/Margarito is a definite possibility but IMO Arum might be trying to use this as leverage for the PAC/PBF negotiations
