I don't think so, I think he has a win over one of the standout Cuban boxer, maybe Gamboa, I'm not sure, but the kid impress me a lot, I think he is the future of PR boxing.

Tavoris Cloud can in fact be described as an "up and comer." Five fights ago he was still fighting journeymen. In his last outing old-fat Zuniga gave him some trouble and lasted 12 rounds. He has a lot to learn.

    Jack Culcay

Sadly he is with Universum. He has all the talent but showboats too much and needs to work on his defence, relies too much on his reflexes for my liking.

29 years of age and a world champion. He isn't an up and comer, regardless of what he has to learn.

Ya know -- I did not realize how old Cloud is. At 29 he may be as good as he'll ever be.

The thing I like about him is that he keeps improving. I don't know about too patient, he is a patient fighter which is good for a young boxer. He doesn't go and force the KO, he waits for the opening and crack!
