    I think it has to be the Marquez brothers. Rafael has been the recognized champion at both 118 and 122. JMM is a 3 time champion in 2 divisions (126,130). After that I would say the Spinks brothers, than the Klitschkos.

    Currently? The Marquez brothers

    If Juan Manuel beats Pac and Rafa beats Vazquez in the next two weeks, then they have a very solid case to be number 1.

    Spinks Bros, we quite successful, but wait until Vitali and Vlad make history!!!!!!! They "will" make boxing history. Vitali will fight the winner of Maskaev/Peter, he is the Emeritus WBC Champion, so he will be the mandatory of winner of Maskaev/Peter.
