maybe, but then again maybe not. still he was not, is not, and never will be a better fighter than gerry penalosa
Boom boom was rushed. People thought at that time that Pac was on the decline so people we're looking for a heir apparent. Boom... down goes Rey.
Wow already? I could be wrong but isn't he still hovering around 12 fights or so? edit* ok apparently I have been living under a rock and he's at 17 fights
the guys he is up against only has 10 wins, i think, i don't know how he was chopsen to fight for a title. anyway, we all know it's not a real title anyway. we know they aren't the real thing. like the way no one knows who the hell yusuke kobori is when he is supposed to be the wba regular champ at 135
True. I am just still shocked that I havent seen the guy and he has 17 fights now. I better check him out on youtube at the least
you cant count him out just cause he got stopped so early in his career.(no pun intended). There have been many good fighters who lose early and later become really good fighters. pac is one of them.
the problem with bautista is that he has a glass chin... if he improves his defense then he might have a chance.
1. Pacman 2. Donaire 3. Banal 4. Penalosa 5. R.Ganoy 6. Gorres 7. Concepcion 8. Nietes 9. Condes 10. Bautista Honorable mentions: Morales, Suico, Domingo, & Laurente Banal is going to be something special, he just cant be rushed like Bautista was. Our future in boxing is really in the hands of a handful of prospects, if Banal,Morales and Donaire become busts when Pacman retires, we're screwed.
1. pac 2. donaire 3. penalosa 4. aj banal (high hopes for this kid, he'll go places if he is on the right track) 5. concepcion (i forgot him wth?)
Condes lost his title on a SD, i blame it on inactivity, & dont count on Nietes holding onto that title too long unless his management protects him wisely.
