I understand it was close, but it is a loss.

That fight was at 160. Tito has never lost at 154.

Again, a mosley that had done nothing at that weight besides a dubious decision while on roids.

    Tito cleaned out the division.

    Vargas- undefeated champion 20-0
    Reid- undefeated champion 14-0
    Thiam- #1 contender, 33-1

    combined, 67-1, unified titles, dominated

His consistency/dominance is what ranks him so high at the weight.[/quote]

I think Rocky Marciano is incredibly overrated.

Over Charles, who beat him 3 times?
Jones had a few fights when he was green at this weight, in no way, shape, or form was he the best ever here.
Same as Jones at Junior Middle, neither did anything at these weights. Much better at higher weights.

    Never even fought at BW.

OK, let's also not pretend he was in his prime for either, especially Simon.

    True.

Still a better win than Thiam, Reid, or Vargas.

OK, he's still not ranked higher than Norris, McCallum, or Hearns, so he's not top 3, as you said. And he'd have always lost to Winky, that much is obvious.

3 fights equals consistency, dominance, and ATG status at a weight class?
