Matthew Hatton may be the only one with a realistic chance to beat him since Floyd probably won't fight anyone else and surely no one good, i.e. Mosley, Williams, Martinez, Cotto, Margarito.

Cotto, Forrest, Wright, and until the 12th round, Mayorga. Although it was the fact Mosley couldnt time Mayorga that hurt him most.

Against a come forward, hands down fighter like Margarito, Mosley looks like he's 30 again. Against someone who moves, doesnt punch from the same position, can dodge Mosleys overhand rights, he looks 40.

    Possibly:

The winner of Mosley-Berto. If its Berto he would have proven that he can deal with boxers. If its Mosley. he shows that his tank still has plenty in it.

Sergio Martinez. He's a southpaw so that would be a new look and he showed against Paul Williams that he can sting.

Paul Williams, he is a very big welterweight and would be the tallest guy Floyd has ever faced, the tallest fighters that I know of to date Floyd has fought have been Diego Corralles, Carlos Baldomir, and Oscar De La Hoya. None of those guys are even close to 6'2"

Really outside of those guys the list falls off, perhaps Sergio Mora with his size advantage, Luis Collazo if he fights like he did against Berto. But after the first 3 guys I mentioned the list collapses. As for guys at 140, perhaps Tim Bradley though I think he is too young and inexperienced and Floyd hasn't lost a step.

3 Fighters I think that has a chance of beating Floyd.

1.)Paul Williams - Toughest fight for Floyd because of (Height,Reach,Activity n Pace)

2.)Manny Pacquiao - Tough fight for Floyd but 50-50 because of (can match Floyd's speed, weird combination punches from weird angles, insane stamina, power)

3.)Shane Mosley - Semi Tough fight because of Shane's age. If Shane was still in his early 30s he would be a tough cookie for Floyd to crack

Sergio Martinez, Paul Williams, Shane Mosley (depending on how he looks against Berto), Manny Pacquiao, Miguel Cotto.

Floyd would be a slight favorite over all aside from Manny, and if Mosley looks great against Berto then I might have him even also.

Paul Williams can beat him. Actually, I see Williams outworking him over 12 rounds.

Mosley and Cotto have good chances.

if shane was in his early 30's he wouldn't just be a tough fight for floyd, he'd **** him from all angles. now that he's 38 he's a tough fight for floyd.

I would say, according to his reaction,
    Manny Pacquiao
    Shane Mosley
    Paul Williams

He makes me think he doesn't think he can beat these men.

Theres not a lot... I mean its not like I think he is unbeatable, about 6-10 years ago you had a lot going on at 147-154 that could have given him trouble. Prime Winky, younger DLH, younger Mosley, Forrest ect

But today, Williams I still give him the best chance because he can throw 1000 punches a fight and Floyd doesnt have the power to hurt him like Martinez did. Martinez I think PBF outboxes. Mosley I think is too old, he leaves himself open and will be outboxed. Pac has a good combination of speed and workrate that could give PBF trouble. Margo is too slow, PBF will outbox him on the outside like the Baldo fight, it would be easy. Cotto would get outboxed easy. Im not saying PBF wouldnt have to work for it or might drop some rounds but when I say easy I dont see Cotto/Margo/Mosley really landing much to hurt Floyd or bother him.

With PBF throwing only single shots at a time, I say Pac and Williams give him the hardest fights with their combinations.

I think Cotto has the tools to beat both pacquiao and mayweather. Yeah, I know Pacquaio destroyed Cotto already. I am talking about tools in his arsenal.

The only think Cotto is missing is an elite trainer and discipline to stick to a gameplan and better stamina.

i.e. stick to the gameplan even after being hurt or even without seeing immediate results.

Other than these shortcomings I think Cotto has the tools in his arsenal to beat any fighter.

As and example, lets look at PBF. After being hurt by Corley and by Judah, He still maintained his composure and went on to win both fights convincingly. He did not panic and start head hunting like Cotto in his fight with pacman after being hurt in the fourth round. Cotto abondoned his body attack and went head hunting after pacman.

Again look at pbf in his first fight with Castillo. In spite of the problems he had, he did not panic. He stuck to his gameplan and listened to his corner and changed his approach only when they told him to change his approach.

If Cotto had these attributes he would be fairly unstoppable. and this includes (maybe) pbf.
