We'll have to agree to disagree. That Arthur finally tried to be different doesn't mean he's trying more to win, just trying differently or being allowed to do things he wasn't allowed to do before. Either way, he had little success tonight and zero against Froch. But we're debating something we can't really know and that's probably not going to go anywhere. We have two different takes and only Arthur knows for sure, I guess.

To be fair, Abraham completely changed his usual style and came out coming forward and firing against Ward. That took Ward by surprise. So he won a couple of rounds. But Ward adjusted and he dominated from there on out. I say Ward. He landed many more hard, flush shots.

 

Yeah, what's the point of this thread? Everyone knows the answer is Froch, but everyone also knows Froch has more physical attributes (Length, height, reach) to make AA look more ordinary. So what, it's a styles thing. Ward is far superior, far more complete and would easily beat Froch and everyone will get to see when the Super 6 Finals takes place.

 

Carl Froch and his girl completely had AA and the viewers out of the fight from round 1.
Andre Ward had AA out of the fight from round 4 and the viewers out from round 8.
Very close if you look at all angles.

Froch beat him worse but i was impressed more with Ward taking into account Frochs physical advantages over Abraham, which ward didnt have.

I think Ward beats Froch
