Both great displays by great pressure fighters. Hatton had Mayweather Sr in his corner and looked better than ever. Cotto did what he does best, pound.

Which win was more impressive, if you had to choose?

It depends on how you see it cotto did more damage but paulie was in the fight more, hatton schooled him.

Paulie put on some performance against Cotto and showed a lot of Heart, Against Hatton he stank the place out.
Cotto's win was better because of the great Fight Malignaggi put up.
Hatton's win was Good but slightly devalued by the terrible performance from Malignaggi.

This doesn't even need asking, but I'll assume the author is making some other point. Hatton clearly.

Hatton did. Paulie almost came back on Cotto, Hatton just continued to dominate Paulie

    Thats **** logic.

Yes Malignaggi didnt perform as good as he did when he fought Cotto but could this be because Hatton didnt let him get into the fight and made Paulie fight his fight?

I thought Hatton beat Malignaggi far better than Cotto. But, i think Cotto was at 75% when he fought Paulie due to having to make the 140lb weight.
