Same version? bart Paulie was undefeated and cocky (as in confident) when he fought Cotto and had just got through a fresh hand surgery... Hatton fought a Paulie, that had been through a slew of lackluster performances against **** opposition with new hand problems... Hatton looked good because Paulie anticipated Hatton's holding...when Hatton never held...Paulie was lost. The few times Paulie actually DID land the right hand, Hatton was dazed and stopped in his tracks for a moment. Had Paulie not been so mentally frail (in his gameplan...ala Judah) he might've just tried to do what he does best and box the guy.
Hatton was never dazed at all during the whole fight, 'surprised' maybe at how poor Paulie was fighting....
hatton clearly imo, cotto put a fierce beating on paulie no doubt but hatton took him to school, beat him up&humiliated him.
Hatton schooled him, he won rounds and was competitive against Miguel. Hatton beat him better. Clearly I think.
