Per my simple model, Wlad was #3 when he beat Byrd #2. Then Wlad took the #1 spot. Chagaev was #2. Haye was #8. Povetkin was #2. Pulev #4.

Also Ibragimov was #4, Chambers was #5, Thompson was #9.

Haye's low ranking is because my model doesn't know his cruiserweight history so starts his as a new boxer when he began his heavyweight campaign.

    1) Usyk
    2) Parker
    3) Fury
    4) Whyte
    5) Ruiz
    6) Dubois
    7) Kabayel
    8) Joshua
    9) Bakole
    10) Chisora

As Usyk came in as a strong Cruiserweight the model undervalues him initially, which punishes the fighters who lost to him a bit unfairly.

If I fudge his initial ranking to be roughly top 10-15, then it looks like this:

    1) Usyk
    2) Fury
    3) Parker
    4) Whyte
    5) Joshua
    6) Ruiz
    7) Dubois
    8) Kabayel
    9) Chisora
    10) Bakole

Plenty could be done to make this model better, but it gives an indication at least.
