    That's right, Louis is obviously gonna be dangerous if he catches Ali, but then Ali had one of the greatest chins going, so Joe s losing this. Big time.

    Johnson would mess Louis around.I can see the normally deadpan Louis finding Jack getting to him and riling him. Johnson could certainly use the mind games.

    Is there enough footage to rate Johnson really ? I personally find it hard to see how good he was !

    Baer was landing on Louis in their fight, if he could hit with the power he was capable of generating it could change things.

    Louis was surprised at how little power Baer had in that fight, of course we now know Baer had major hand issues and could not hurt Louis.

    Had he been healthy. Yes, I think Baer would have been a far greater challenge. Many believe this was Louis's peak fight. I give Baer a solid chance if healthy.

    Wlad had all the tools except for two things.

    His chin is shaky and he does not handle being in trouble well. I think Louis WILL tag him at some point and perhaps with a combination. That's why I have him at 50/50.

    I would put his brother over him head 2 head against Louis.

    To be honest Birmingham, I'm going by the footage I've seen of him, written accounts and what knowledge I've picked up off some of the posts on here. Not as much footage unfortunately as I'd like to see of Jack. But all that's made me think he'd give Louis a tough night.

    Beat Louis in three fight mathup, maybe no man ! I would guess maybe Johnson and Dempsey could do it...other than that I would favor Louis over all the rest

In every fighters absolute prime, give me The Brown Bomber for victory. By KO over 97 % of them. Btw, Tubbs goes out in 1! TUBBS :) :) :) :) :) :) :) hilarious!

    I believe only Ali beats Louis in a series of 3 2-1. People who might take 1 out of 3 would be Liston, Foreman, Dempsey, Lewis, and Frazier among others, though I wouldn't bet on any of them.

    At his best Louis was as complete a fighting machine that has ever been seen in the hwt division. Ali at his best with his speed IMO would do the trick in a hard fight.

    I would not bet against the best Louis vs any other opponent. Yes he was that great.
