Zab came nowhere near beating Mayweather ffs, he won 3 maybe 4 rounds at most and almost got stopped at one point. The answer is Castillo who did actually beat Mayweather in the first fight and was competetive in the second. DLH came close but wasn't able to do enough clean work or fight for more than 8 rounds.

There was no way Castillo won the first fight. Ledermans card was a joke! Im not a huge fan of mayweather but you could make a case for either man winning the fight. I had it draw with the cleaner, accurate, eye catching punches coming from mayweather and more volume and aggression coming from Castillo. I could see why they gave it to mayweather he just looked better fighter overall.

DLH, Zab, Castillo, then Hatton. DLH is said the most because of his jab and he was giving problems to a much healthier Floyd with no torn rotator cuff. Albeit if Floyd wasn't 100% he shouldn't have fought in the first place and the first Castillo fight was the closest Floyd has been to fearing defeat.

Castillo off course, although i don´t think it was a robbery. Imo it was a close fight, that could´ve gone either way. I don´t get it, why people talk about robbery here.

He outlanded him and was the aggressor, little harsh for him not to get the nod IMO. It was close, it's not like he pissed it, but for me he deserved the nod by a couple of rounds. Given the amount that people bang on about Pacquiao's fights with JMM, the Castillo fight tends to get overlooked when discussing Mayweather.

I felt Castillo did enough to get the nod over Mayweather so it'd have to be him me.

In my book there was no way he won it but i could see how it could have gone to Castillo. Sorry maybe not 100% clear in last statement.

Every guy that says PBF won the first fight is absolutely wrong, Castillo won for at least 3 rouns, please check the punch stats in the fight and tell me how PBF could have won the fight, it was a robbery, Castillo was the agressor the whole fight and landed more and he was more accurate too.

    Punch stats

    Castillo 203 outa 506 for 40%
    Mayweather 157 outa 448 for 35%

    Power punches

    Castillo 173 outa 377 46%
    Mayweather 66 outa 151 44%

Yep, only die hard Mayweather fans believe that Mayweather deserved to win the fight. Castillo really should have got the decision in that one.

Castillo and Oscar wasnt even close he won 4 rounds most. That SD was very generous and all it did was add suspense to reading scorcards to a lop sided fight. Oscar needed to hit the body more. Head small mobile target with shoulder rolls body big immobile target cant miss to the gut. Then you slow Floyd down maybe even break a rib reducing that shoulder roll defense. Castillo body puncher also Castillo was quick enough to cut off the ring and could walk through Floyds best punch Hatton had the right idea but he couldnt keep walking through right hands like Castillo did. You need to be quick go to the body and take a punch the big ,isconception with Floyd and now Manny is that it takes a big welter with a big punch to expose smaller welters like Floyd and Manny no it takes a guy with speed. Cant KO what you cant hit

Yeah, and it's always Floyd's critics who say he lost a close fight as if the fight weren't close...
