Who can admit they've made some bad picks?

The worst one I made because I really wanted Fernando Vargas to beat Mosley ....man no regrets, but it was still a bad pick IMHO.

I certainly feel silly now after picking Pavlik. My Peter pick was a loose pick and honestly I really can careless about the heavyweight division at this day and age. As far as the Cotto/Margo fight, I have alot invested as a big fan of Cotto and his loss was more deflating for me than anything. In retrospect I do feel some guilt for underestimating Margarito size and stanima advantages but by no means do I feel foolish for picking Cotto. I still believe that Cotto can win a rematch.

was the most wrong I have been about a fight in a long time, more than a year or so since I got it that wrong.

I knew Hopkins could win, but not in the way that he did. Damn that was a great performance.

I can't think of my other spectacularly incorrect picks in the past, although there have been plenty. Maybe

. Not my finest predictive hour there.

as well. I still held on too much to the Prime Tyson version and did not see the fight going as it did even though all the evidence was there.

I don't pick all fights, mainly just the blockbusters. The two I boned:

    1) I picked Mosley to beat Cotto by decision
    2) I picked Pavlik to beat Hopkins by late TKO, I accidently bet twice and lost my v-cash twice!! Could'nt figure out how to reverse one of the identical bets. :huh :huh :huh . Glad it was just v-cash
