Who can beat Gamboa??

Gamboa is a ko waiting to happen mark my words. He's to sloppy and his defense is weak. Imo he havent prove jack **** in my books yet. Yes he's good and has power but he still isnt developed well and he needs to be polished by a good trainer. Trust me marquez, lopez, john and donaire would beat the crap out of him.

And the hating continues, all the haters in this forum were saying that Solis will KO Gamboa, Gamboa make him look silly and put him down 5 times in 4 rounds, it took him only half of rounds than Pacroid, and these ppl don't give him any credit, now you will c the post about how damage he was after fighting Pacroid, and the guy went to fight seven more times against a very solid opp. losing only once and a very controversial loss I might add and wining a belt at 130 lbs.

 

Gamboa last night impress me more than ever. Always felt he is the number one guy in his divison when it come to pure talent and boxing skills. He has improve a lot since his ESPN days and is more mature and fighting smarter and not as cocky. I feel though he should stay in his current division were there are guys that have the names and also the experience to challenge him. Also we could expect a lot of the names from super batamweight moving up. I just dont see the point of him moving up esp. when there is a lack of huge names at super featherweight other than a Ricky Burns who will always get support from his fans from the selling point.

I see the same thing. He throws wild combinations, has no control over his left hook, stands straight up throwing flurries, and he seems to have a suspect chin. And he's quick with flurries and stuff for the first 5 rounds. After that he looks lost in the ring. Someone gd is gonna pick up on that if not already and its gonna be bad for him. And people are ignoring the fact that Solis was clearly weight drained. He fell down on his own so spare me.

Gamboa is an awesome fighter and anyone under 130 would have hell beating him. I mean Solis said himself how hard the guy hits, and how fast he is, as if that couldn't be seen. Either way, Gamboa is going to be tuff for anyone, to include Lopez.

 

Prety sure Vitali Klitschko would have Gamboa for dinner.
