What level? Quillin is on the same level with Murray, Lemieux and Geale. Maybe even Macklin, at that time.
no hes better than Lemieux and geale, and possibly the Mack too. However its a small difference. I am keen to find out if Geester can maintain and top this level. I want him to go further. I don't want to hide behind false pomposity of his fans.
Absolutely no one at MW has much chance against Golovkin. I think he wrecks Cotto (I'm a Cotto fan), I think Canelo isn't ready for a MW like Golovkin yet, but I think he does better than any of his opponents so far. I think Ward beats him at SMW and Froch would have. I'd like to say Andre Dirrell but Dirrell blew his career and I no longer believe that.
Although in the minority, I still got Alvarez beating GGG based on better defense, speed, & counter punching.
GGG would decapitate Pacquiao. Andre Ward would beat Golovkin, I don't see anyone at or under 160lbs that beats Golovkin at this stage.
I agree with pretty much everything here. I think Canelo is his only reasonable MW challenge. I think Ward wins on skills, but might sit down once or twice along the way.. (I am not sure on Froch. I think he'd make it a war and lose.) BTW- I think Andy Lee is no challenge at all. He would be dismantled like Lemieux.
Nobody at 168 or under. Ward knows that his chin will not survive 12 rounds which is why he only "wants" Golovkin when Gennady is unavailable.
No Quillin is a good fighter dont get me wrong and id love Golovkin to fight him, beat him which i think he does mid rounds. But Quillin went off the boil a couple of years back.
At MW, the only guy I think has a 50/50 chance is Chris Eubank Jr. Good power, hand speed, and length and he's aggressive. Cotto, Canelo, Saunders and Quillin all have a 10% chance in my opinion. Andy Lee has a 20% chance just because he has that quick powershot that can catch anyone off guard and hurt them. Check out Chris: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ArC6vxwdO4M
