Berto gets gritty and undiscipline late in fights. Early in a fight with pac, Berto will land enough countering to keep pac at bay. If one can't counter pac effectively then he's gonna swarm. Berto will counter him enough to make pac box, instead of attacking like a madman as he does to all the slower opponents. Pac has never faught anybody as fast as berto and will be tentative to attack. Which will make it a different fight. CLottey countered pac but stopped with 1 shot at a time. Berto will land 2 more after that first one lands before pac is even refocused from the first clean counter. Which will make pac think about it early.

The only ones who have a shot at beating Manny would be of course Floyd, Paul Williams and Sergio. Other than that everyone is pretty much anther victim. With that said Manny can beat Floyd, Paul or Sergio....but the challenge is far greater with the 3 mentioned.

140: Tim Bradely would give Manny a hell of a fight and IMO has a good chance.
    147: Floyd Mayweather
    154: Paul Williams

OH and like Berto has ever fought anyone anywhere NEAR as fast as Pac. Berto has only been a little faster than any of his opponents that I have seen, and none of these guys were known for speed. Berto won't know what hit him.

I favor Sergio and Paul over Manny but not Floyd. Anyone at 140 doesn't have a snow balls chance in hell against Manny. If you want a chance at beating Manny you have better be on his talent level and working with similar attributes or you better be holding a size, power and weight advantage. Paul and Sergio have that along with other great attributes. Floyd on the other hand while an incredible boxer and talent in his own right may have some problems with Manny's style and attributes that match his own.....at a weight class where Manny can compete on the highest levels.

Pac would ice Berto. No question. Floyd schools Pac, and if PW can get down to 147, he overwhelms Pac (and maybe even Floyd) with volume punching. Pac has no business at 154, so I'm not going to even address Martinez' chances. Pac destroys Bradley or anyone else at 140 though.

ur one of the rare who thinks floyd wouldn't have a strong possibly of beating manny. I mean manny do struggle against counter punchers. If manny struggle against who is mainly a counter puncher, then I doubt manny will do better against a boxer-counter puncher with a multi-layered defense and footwork. To me Manny is in unknown territory when he fights floyd. no one on pac's resume are even remotely close to what floyd brings to the table.

I didn't say that Floyd doesn't have a STRONG chance at beating Manny. I think he does. I just FAVOR Manny. Manny has in the past struggled against counter punchers which is why Floyd is a problem. But Floyd also struggles with Pressure fighters...and Manny is a GREAT pressure fighter unlike anyone else.

THe way Floyd fought Shane......he didn't fight typical Floyd style...that in itself had me more confident in Manny beating Floyd. Floyd will have to fight like he's USE to fighting....not standing right there in front of him like he did shane and try to use his speed and defensive skill to counter and stay in the pocket. Floyd would have to counter from the outside...use the reach and his speed to stay out of the trenches and out of harms way.

Even with that approach I still think Manny would pull out a win. Now I do agree that Floyd could beat Manny and I wouldn't be surprised...I'm just saying I'd be more surprised if Manny didn't pull out a "W" over Floyd if they fought.

Floyd will be in unkown waters with Manny as well. They both present styles that conflict and present problems for their craft and that is what makes this compelling.

LOL, It works both ways and both will be reluctant. I didn't think I had to say that. Pac won't know what hit him and neither will you since you don't see the holes in pac's armor.

Shane should be no where on these list after his last performance. Last Saturday's Mosely would of been TKO'd by the 8th round. Only one with a real good shot is Mayweather. I see Pac with a power edge over Mayweather, but its a toss up who wins the speed match
