Don't give an ef on Gym's future as long as Pascal talks ****. He put himself in this position. He even called Bute when he knew Bute wants someone else. Now its time for Bute to force this fight.
Desperate times require desperate measures. Both are in this position so sacrificing one of them is the only way. Sacrifice it's too much said as Pascal's capital won't be destroyed if he looses to Bute. None of them will really disappoint his fans, no matter if he wins or looses. Well, maybe not getting KTFO Miranda style is important.

When did Pascal said he wanted some easy fights before facing Bute? You can give me french articles, I don't mind.

Interbox should negotiate with Froch and Showtime: take Bute to England for only one fight and sign Showtime for an extra fight beside Froch-Bute in case he wins. This is way better than Dirrell - Bute in the states, Froch would accept a title fight in his own backyard anytime.

What happens then if Ward signs with HBO? Bute will sit at home watching Kessler or Dirrell fight him for big bucks while he'll be stalled again with Showtime? Not sure.

Anyway, I think Froch was serious when he talked of fighting Bute this summer instead of this spring.

don't think Ward will fight untill late summer; let him take his tune-up as i don't see him coming to Europe; in the meantime if Lucian beats Froch on his homefield (and he will) then he'll take early autumn a probable HBO contract-free Hopkins or a more revived Andre Dirrell. Anyways i don't see Bute-Ward happening before december 2012 in any best-case scenarios

Shaw was saying Dirrell was the future king of the division, Sherlock. :D

Legacy? Bwahaha. I certainly don't see it. Isn't Dirrell famous for being a money lover? "Doesn't matter, I got PAID!!" - Dre D.

Again, Leon Lawson is far from being a seasoned promoter. Events from scratch? Haha. :hi:

So Laffie, you think it's Dirrell or (insert random top 15 dude here), then Froch in the summer, and Ward in winter 12-13?

Dirrell is a coward granted but he has done two things that Bute has never done (fight a top fighter & fight away from home).

Bute tried to make deals with Kessler, Pavlik, Froch. Give him a break.

You can't argue the fight SHALL be in Detroit, right?

Jesus, no one should have to fight in that hell hole.

When's Bute's next Mando due? Can he fight whatever dude is due, beat him up and clear the path for a big fight? It would suck if that became a holdup, especially when he doesn't have a fight signed.
