We all know Williams has a lot of options from here. He can fight anyone from 147-160. So how would he fare against the top fighters at each division?

Vote for all fighters that you can think he can legitimately beat.

I would say I would be most confident in a PW win over berto, clottey and cotto at this point, even to the point of making a small wager
havent seen forrest fight in years
I think he has a good chance against pavlik but I aint sure about that one

I would pick Williams to beat all of those guys except Pavlik and Abraham.

Pacquiao :rofl ...I guess that would have some comedy value

I think he could beat most of them. I'd favour Pavlik pretty strongly at this point because there are still some unknowns about Williams against a big middleweight. He's never felt that kind of power, and Pavlik is a lot more imposing than Winky so we don't know how he reacts to that.

yeah, but on the other hand, the hopkins fight exposed some weaknesses and stylistic adjustments pav needs to make
it would be interesting to be sure
I think mosley COULD take PW but I wouldnt bet on that fight

Williams to beat all the guys except Pavlik, Abraham, Druzinzurik and perhaps Martinez.

    Williams would massacre Pacquaio

Anyone who thinks Williams could take AA and Pavliks power after being stunned by a shot Winky is deluded.

Abraham can definately knock him out, but he can't possibly out point Williams. AA's 5"10 and PW probably 6'3"+, he's got loads of inches on reach advantage aswell. And that high work-rate against Abraham's lazy low work rate, means AA will definately be behind on the cards should a KO happen.

But will it happen? I'm not sure, I mean Williams has shown a good chin, especially against Margarito, obviously Abraham is whole different beast but does he have enough to put Williams down for the count? I'm not so sure. PW would only have to deal with short bursts and should he do that, he will cruise to a UD.

I'd favour Paul over most of them except Pavlik. Out of the rest I'd say Dzindziruk and Abraham would pose the most problems. Abraham because of the KO power at MW which we have yet to see if Williams can handle. If he can handle the power he would win a wide UD. Dzindziruk poses problems for everyone in the 154 division, but I reckon Williams would be able to pull out a decision.

I tel you....someone at 160 will have to be the person to beat Paul. And even AA or KP aren't "shoe ins" to beat this guy. They do have the size and power to compete. They couldn't beat Paul by outboxing him but they have the hands to be able to put him out. At this stage Ifind it very hard for anyone to really and truly out box Paul due specifically to his work rate, but if you can hurt him and your timing is on point someone can catch Paul in the middle of one of his combination bursts.
