Gonna be interesting to see how this thread unfolds after Wladimir destroys Jennings. He's not showing signs of slowing down imo. And his jab isn't gone either -- it never left. He has clearly been going for the KO more aggressively since after the Povetkin fight. Emmanuel Steward would be proud of where Wladimir is now, and where he's going to go. Only a sanctioning body can stop him from unifying those belts.
And what's your point? The sky is also blue, and the water is wet. Big deal. Answering to op, my picks are only two: Tyson Fury, and Anthony Joshua in a year or two. Tyson Fury could really embarrass Wlad. Outjab him. Outpoint him. Tire him out. Walking circles around him. Wlad would look like 60 years old in the ring with a 100% trained Tyson Fury. The Tyson Fury we only saw in pics in preparation for the Ghaye fight.
It's funny how posters bring up all these weaknesses of Wlad like poor chin, poor stamina, can't fight guys who don't stand in front of him and yet, Wlad has only really been troubled by a single punch (by Wach) in his last 18 fights over the past 9 years. Scrubs like Wilder and Fury have absolutely nothing to worry him - they are no better than fighters like Calvin Brock and Ray Austin. Joshue could yet turn out to be good or could turn out to be the next David Price. Face it, heavyweight division is absolutely terrible at the moment, and Wlad even at his age is just that much better than everyone else.
Terrible because we just have a live HW ATG with a bunch of contenders who aren't at his level? Hardly a good argument.
