if i threw a punch and he walked into it i could beat Fedor, would happen like 1/12,321 times, if AA fought Fedor 100 times i am sure he would beat him at least 10, al lot of fighter have a chance. how Fedor keeps winning i have no idea.
Doing well against Fedor could be going the distance. I would put Rampage on a short list of guys that could possibly do that. And I would not be shocked if he would beat Fedor.
It's hard to see anyone out there who could beat Fedor at the moment. Even if it's true that Fedor is slightly slowing down he still seems to be so calm under any type of pressure that I can't bet against him. Anybody who is picking Mir would want to take his victory against Nog with a pinch of salt-it's easy to look like a good, fluid striker when the guy standing in front of you is a zombie. Saying that it is mma so anybody has a slight chance of a lucky strike etc, at the moment though it just does not seem likely.
I've always thought that Barnett had the best chance to defeat Fedor. He has excellent wrestling, solid striking, and is a agile heavyweight. I would give Barnett a 60-75 percent chance of beating Emelianenko.
That seems a little excessive.. I might give him as much as a 50-50 pct chance, but I don't think that anyone should be considered a favorite against Fedor at this point.
Barnett is 24-5. Out of those 5 losses, Josh has never been submitted. He's only been knocked out once by a "prime" Pedro Rizzo. This will be Josh's biggest fight of his career, without a doubt. I just feel like he has all the tools to beat Fedor.
