    Pac's more of a case where his strengths are so tremendous that it more than makes up for the weaknesses. But the discussion is more about "perfect" in the sense of being complete fighters. Fighters who have all or almost all the skills and traits in abundance (movement, defense, offense, good chin, punching power)

    pacquiao has speed, punching power, head movement, aggressiveness, volume of punches, variety of punches, footwork, powerful left and right hand, heart, good defence dspite his aggresiveness, and his tough too..

    So many guys. But each has their slight flaw.

    One could be a bit faster or more powerful or a better chin etc.

    Floyd at 135-140 perhaps. Morales at BW - speed, power, iron chin, technical skills... SRL at 147 had it all too.

    Which is why I went with Robinson.

    Pep = Best pure boxer.
    Robinson = Most complete fighter.

    Good shout on Morales at 122, he had everything but could lose concentration in defence & get hit flush too often, he did have the cast iron chin to combat that weakness but in a `perfect fighter` thread this is a problem.

    It may sound like a cliche but i think this has to be Ali !!!! , the young Ali pre lay off , he had evrything but an untested chin at this point which was later tried and tested post lay off so Ali for me !!!!!!!

    Modern day i like Barrera and JMM too !!!!!!!!!! , perfect fighters !!!!!!!!!
