    To receive a promoters licence in the U.K. from the BBboC there is a ‘fit and proper person’ test. Part of this relates to running the show in the interests of the health and well being of all boxers on your shows.

    Hearn is really going to struggle to meet the definition of a fit and proper person. Given he allowed a roided up fighter to go in against a severely weight drained fighter close to his mid 30s. That’s a really tough case to argue for.

    Hearn’s situation is worse than Kalle, because he knew about the earlier failed test. Given this earlier failed test, why was the B sample from this not tested at the time? He can hardly play the ‘I lost the B sample’ excuse this time like he did with Whyte.

    Also, we all know Hearn did this already when Whyte fought Rivas. That also wasn’t Whyte’s first time popping either.

    Hearn’s attitude to PEDs when it’s his fighters popping is now proven, therefore can he be trusted to make decisions to put fights on going forwards?
