Oscar at 147 would beat him too. Crawford isn’t elusive and Oscar has fought against bigger puncher than Crawford.
There has been no Brook that beats Crawford. Most of the great welters already mentioned in this thread would have to be favored, except I think he'd fare well against Tito and Cotto and maybe Manny as well. But, alas, it's hard to say due to the paucity of his record at welter.
