    dude lost his mentor cus d'amato....then his manager jim jacobs shortly after....don king used robin givens and her mom to separate him from the ppl who got him to the top. had he stayed with kevin rooney...who knows?

    he has no one to blame but himself. he blazed a serious trail...would have been nice to see him keep in going.

    this actually crossed my mind the other day. globalizing and advancing communications as well as data storage contributes to added pressure and scrutiny for modern fighters. It's harder to mask/embellish facts and make unchecked claims/fairy tales these days

    Wilfred Benitez, if he did not have all the ring wars when he was young and was dedicated to his training plan., very well could havebeen the GOAT.

    Mayweather with a set of cojones might have made it. Same with Jonesjr. Both only fought cherry picked opponents plus Jonesjr was proven to have used steroids .
    Lennox Lewis is second only to Ali in the HW 's. Lennox only bad point was CONCENTRATION & he didnt like to train
