Honestly I think that you travellers can't just claim him, he's the champion of the working people of all breeds and lifestyles. Truly gods gift to boxing in my opinion. Although no reason Travellers and us Gorgers can't appreciate him together.

    Uysk
    Loma

Canelo has that little problem that he has actually lost 3-4 more fights than his record shows, so I can't go with him.

Pretty much who everybody has named.

Roman G, Canelo, Usyk, Donaire, Inoue, Golovkin, Spence, Estrada, Ioka, Lomachenko

Im sure theres another guy or two past prime carrying on that deserves it too but also doesnt feel like as many as there were if you asked the question a decade ago.

I'm a big Inoue fan, but I would not put him up there for best resume. Inoue is so good because he takes B-tier guys and obliterates them. Even Donaire who was his toughest fight he should have had the KO if not for that **** ref. Destroyed Rodriguez in 2 rounds, Payano and McDonnell in 1, KTFOd Adrian Hernandez in his 6th fight and then jumped up 2 weight divisions(which doesn't mean as much at the lower ranks, but still) to become not only the first and last guy to KO Narvaez, but as far as I can tell the only guy to even knock him down.

He has a plethora of B-level wins, but is still missing that truly great win IMO. He could have had it at 115, but none of those guys wanted him. Hell, even now, those 115 guys keep Inoue's name way out of their mouths even when asked about him. At 118 there is nobody but an old Donaire, who is still leagues ahead of anyone else in the division. If he moves up to 122 and beats Fulton and Akhmadaliev(which I believe he can), then he belongs in the conversation for best resume. But not right now.

I would say best resumes go to Usyk, Canelo(depending on how you rate some of his "wins"), and Chocolatito. I also think SSR should have a shout to be up there. On paper, he is 3-1 vs SSR and Estrada. I know it's a bit controversial, but I do think that SSR-Estrada 1 was a SSR win. SSR-Choc 1 is tougher to justify as a SSR win, but even taking that out he has a win each over Choc and Estrada, two legitimate P4P guys. Pretty damn good.

Usyk? Nah. One of my favourite fighters but he cant be considered the best. It's between Choc, Canelo and Donaire.

Usyk simply put, Undisputed Cruiserweight Champion and also reigning Unified Heavyweight Champion,as well as being in almost touching distance of the Undisputed fight with the winner of Fury v Whyte .

Resume is who you beat but if you're not accounting for circumstances around the fight then your opinion is pretty much invalid .

Usyk by a wide margin. See Serges post.

Canelo has not got the best resume at all when you take into account all important context -
-40 fights of bum and old man bashing creating fake hype. A period of weight bullying at 154lbs.
    -arguable loss against Trout
-schooling from a 36yo smaller Floyd
    -clear loss against Lara
-fights smaller shot Cotto in a competitve fight. Fights chinny 140lber Khan whilst weighing in 175lbs+.
-clear losses to 36yo Golovkin twice
-brilliant win against the mighty Fielding
-close win against drained Jacobs. Many of which had 7-5 and even 6-6 (which there is undeniably a case for)
-Fixed fights against Kovalev, Yildrim, Plant and Smith
-okay I'm being generous let's say Plant and Smith were not fixed. Smith had a non existent camp with no sparring partners and lost against Ryder. Plant.... Lol
-blown up 160lber Saunders who hadnt fought world level in 3 or 4 years. He won the belt off Isufi and looked below par against shot Murray. He even said he wouldn't take the Canelo fight in interview after that saying his timing was off and he needed another fight.

So yeah, if you go by the names you may think "wow" Canelo is pound 4 pound numero 1 baby... But no, not in the slightest. Bear in mind, all these fights Canelo has fought essentially at home or in the known dodgy states. What a world champion ay... Going round the world and fighting everyone at anytime. Pathetic honestly

Alright, alright, they weren't exactly monsters, but he's good, and he did what he could with eighteen fights in those divisions. I like him more than Canelo but just the fact that Canelo got in the ring twice with Golovkin shits all over Lomachenko's record. Canelo fought three guys now who were top ten pound for pounder hall of famer types Floyd, Golovkin, Kovalev. He lost three and the Kovalev fight looked fixed but still. What's Lomachenko got to boast about other than beating up a puny Gillermo Rigondeaux a dozen years older than him?

I respect Usyk and Gonzalez' competition more.
