let's be honest, rhodes SHOULD fight Small now.

the winner gets a shot at Moore's euro title and the winner of that gets Martiniez, or if he moves up to fight pavlik a shot at the vacant WBC belt

I am a big Rhodes fan and also love the way Moore fights, both seems great chaps and have good careers and both could probably do well at the top level of the 154 division but neither have done anything to warrent a title shot or an eliminator. Moore is in the better position at the moment but without meaningful opposition and Rhodes has beaten no one of note for such a long long time, hopefully both fighters stepp up in terms of opponents and build on getting into serious contention by the start of next year.

Neither have fought guys who could realistiically beat them in quite awhile so a title fight would be undeserved.

No way in a million years that Rhodes deserves this more than Moore ? Didn't Morre vacate the belt that Rhodes is getting so much praise for winning back ? Not like he dodged him either. Moore 100% deserves this. He's done it the right way. British, Commonwealth. Vacates these then wins Euro belt. World is the next logical step. fro Rhodes he's still got the commonwealth to win against Small (big ask) then go for the euro belt which hopefully Moore has vacated going for Martinez.

yeah, but Rhodes is also a former two-time World challenger at 160. You act as if he hasn't done much in his career; considering this is his 'comeback' I'd say he still looks good. At the moment I'd agree with you that Moore earns it more, but it's not like Rhodes has done nothing.

What is going on with Rhodes now anyway? One minute he's in WBC top ten the next he isn't. Who will he fight next I wonder, and does anyone know if he is at all interested in fighting Anthony Small still?
