Cotto brought the best out of Mayweather, look at the return of the beautiful combinations and he actually pushed for a stoppage and almost dropped Cotto in round 12 with a vicious uppercut.

Cotto easily, Manny won 2rds Miguel won 3. Only difference is Cotto was competitive every rd for the most part & Pacquiao was never in the fight.

floyd allowed cotto to fight him and not pac. cotto had more success because floyd decided to fight him. floyd was scared of pac he ran from him and avoided engagement. pac destroyed cotto. the fight of the century has not yet happen because the more skilled and bigger boxer is scared to engage pac. pac should have won that fight if it was not fought at floyd's turf. check the reviews for yourself. it does not mean that the judges let floyd win that he really won the fight otherwise we accept that the judges are infallible and uncorruptible.

    Cotto.

Stylistically, Miguel has ALWAYS been the tougher matchup.

Cotto was annihilated by Pac when they fought, obviously that was back when Pac was P4P No.1 and was at his fastest. Personally I would like to see Pac v Mayweather without a torn rotator cuff.

Cotto did a hell of a lot more, to deserve a rematch. Also fighting Cotto now at middle weight does more for Floyd career, than a repeat with Pac. Capture a MW title or fight Pac again...:think I 'll go for the MW title.

legacy don't pay bills. floyd fans still don't get it. which fight makes more money? floyd-pac will make more money but then it is more risky so what would you expect. they will have to justify that cotto has a belt at middle weight which he is ditching when forced to defend it with ggg. hehehe. he cannot fight cotto and claim that belt because the holder doesn't want it. so the only fights for floyd are pac (money) and ggg (legacy).

I'm not sure about the money anymore. Just because the first one did well, Manny's performance left a lot to be desired. At least DLH was competitive with Floyd. Most people see the injury as an excuse. I think it does about the same or worse than Canelo or Cotto rematch. Pac is the easiest fight of the three though.

Frankly, Floyd shouldn't give Excusequiao another golden ticket. Considering Floyd will be 40, he might cherry pick Excusequiao to remain undefeated. We all know it's about that 0 for Floyd right?

In my opinion, Saul "Canelo" Alvarez deserves a fight more than either of them. He actually won on one of the cards when he took on Mayweather and has demonstrated vast improvements since then in his knockouts of noted slicksters Angulo and Kirkland.

One of the judges (CJ Ross, the incompetent POS) scored it a draw, which was BS. Canelo did no better than Pacquiao and far worse than Cotto against Mayweather.

^This. Cotto put on a far better, far more entertaining fight.
