Neither do really because MW is a young division and all the contenders to the world titles have padded records. Therefore basing it off skills and who is the best h2h, p4p of the contenders then Golovkin deserves it more. (btw OP thinks boxrec is a credible source for rankings and was trying to say Golovkin does not deserve a shot because he has never beaten someone in boxrec's top 50 :rofl:rofl)
I chose Macklin because he knocked out asikainen in one round who at the time was ranked by all bodies in the top 5.
Everybody knew Asikainen was shot and was going to lose convincingly. He had a slight punchers chance at best.
Askainen is leagues ahead of anyone golovkin faced in terms of resume and class. There was a reason he was ranked in the top 5 by all bodies and none of golovkins wernt.
N'Dam more worthy than Golovkin :rofl:rofl:rofl He's fought far worse opposition than Golovkin. Go look at ur bible boxrec, it might actually be useful for that
Dont be daft Askainen has the ability to ko anyone with his power and boxing abilty, macklin just didnt give him a chance and was all over him once he hurt him just like elcock.
i can agree with it but i can see how some could disagree with it. its not only recently that n'dam fought someone that was decent, i would say for the most part golovkin has fought the better comp. but for the most part i can agree with your list
Someone mentioned Belghecham as better than anyone golovkin has faced in a previous thread and i would have to agree. Gennady martaysan is also is better than anyone golokin has faced.
