Considering that Pacquiao has been damaged good for over 10 years since his fight with Torrecampo and Sugararat, I think he's been doing fairly well.

Both fighters have really seemed to define themselves in the past 4 years.

Both deserve loads of respect. But Pac more. He was afforded better opposition and proved himself in impressive fashion in all of them.

    different career paths

one was a weight jumper the other was a long reigning holder

i couldnt see Pac stay at one weight for a long time and beat everybody

i could see Hopkins win 160-200

i also couldnt see Pac fight successfully after the age 40 let alone 45

but i hold them in similar respect but i do not like Hopkins lately

Both deserve respect. They are simply two different types of fighters, two different types of men, who had two very different careers. Hopkins style of fighting suits him having success past 40. Pacman's style will not. Pacman's early career start created his success of multiple weight classes due to starting as a professional before his body even reach any kind of maturity.

I think your question is really along the lines of:

"Who do you think has the better accomplishments in their Boxing career?"

    or

"Which of the two has been most impressive vs the best opponents?"

    or

    "Who do you like better?"
