I don't hink Hagler said that. Hearns said Roldan was the hardest puncher he ever faced. Again a guy picking someone he beat rather than Barkley or Leonard or Hagler, who knocked him out.

The punch didn't deter Hagler at all. He may have been midly hurt, but not enough to affect his effectiveness at all.

Man, you are a Hearns loyalist.

Broken hand or not, Hagler walks through Hearns. He's just way too physically strong for a 160 lb. Hearns.

No Hearns hurt him and would have knocked out any middle he hit flush, he carried his power up from welter.

Barkley hit Hearns far gharder than Ray did at welter and Roldan was heavier tan Ray when he hit Tommy also, I`m sure Hearns would admit Ray was a far better fighter than Roldan, it`s not all about power, Ray was a better finisher than Roldan because of his hand speed he would have finished Tommy off if he had him hurt the way Roldan did, having said that I feel Tommy was stopped slightly prematurely v Ray anyway.

    LOL indeed

Hearns couldn't KO DeWitt despite hitting him with everything but the kitchen sink, let alone any middle in history. Man you say the most ridiculous things.

I think that Mugabi wipes out Hearns in 2 rounds

I know what I saw. And that first right hand rocked Hagler and hurt him. Had Hearns not broken his hand and fought smarter and not that stupid brawling style, he would have done well. I think.

I think Hearns stops Mugabi in one or two. Hearns hit a lot harder than Hagler. A lot. Roldan was asked that and said Hearns immediately.

Marvin at t time was still too good an all around fighter for Tommy. The pace and Marvin's skills were too much for him

I am partial to Hearns, but I always thought a Hearns at 154 if Hagler was his same weight knocks out Hagler. I thought Hearns tops wins were better than Haglers..
