Who did Mcdermott knock out in sparring?

    I think that if it was Fury it would be all over the press, Big John wouldn't be able to hold his water.
     
  2. Yeah, I think it's a curveball by Sky.

    Fury doesn't fight on their channel anymore etc.... plus, McDermott hit Fury with allsorts and barely looked like shifting him, save for a brief spell in the 2nd fight.

    Got to be Dallas..... they have the same promoter, so might have links to spar together, Dallas has an eggy chin etc etc.

    Yeah, seems like a good guy. For me, these type of fights are the most entertaining these days. Forget about Mayweather and Pacquiao, it's British heyweights that have given us the most fun fights in recent years.

    McDermott/Williams
    McDermott/Fury
    Fury/Chisora
    Rogan/Sexton
    Rogan/Harrison

    Usually they are not overhyped either so when you do get a good fight, it's a nice surprise, rather than an epic build up and then dissapointment.

    have you seen the video of towers and mcdermott sparring, no way did mcdermott knock him out. he got whacked about throughout the sparring session.
