Yeah cause making weight in one fight and a possible match up with another fighter is the same same thing. And for all you jerkoff dick lickers that never seen Guzman fight that keep having to mention him not making weight like that has anything to do with what he's capable of doing in the ring lets all remember this..... Medgoen Singsurat vs. Manny Pacquiao - Boxrec Boxing Encyclopaedia Your idol has failed to make weight just as many times as Guzman has.:admin
When did all this "Pac ducked Campbell" talk start? What has Nate Campbell ever done to show he was even remotely worthy of carrying the jock of the guy who carries Pac's jock?
Yeah, thats why JMM refused the rematch after the 1st fight and stayed at 126 when Pac destroyed Morales right?
Nate Campbell was just talking nonsense and all these frustrated Floyd fans who hate Pac took side with him. There was never a time window for a Pac/Campbell fight to happen.
A fight with Guzman would have been a real treat for the fans. And I think that fight might have been made if Guzman fought and beat Campbell at 135 lbs. IMO Guzman starts strong and befuddle Pac in the early round with his speed and movement but Pac will eventualy catch up to him and TKO him aroud the 9th round. Other Guzman, I would have liked to see Pac fight the undefeated Juan Diaz, who IMO Pac would have koed much earlier than JMM did.
To duck someone is to constantly choose not to fight a certain fighter even if that fight makes good sense. Like fighters from the who have stayed in the same weight division for a certain amount of time and never fighting each other. Pac had 1 fight in Lightweight, how the hell was he ducking anyone if all he had was 1 fight? Everyone agrees Diaz was a tune up fight anyway, no one is claiming that it's anything more. After the Diaz fight an opportunity came to fight the biggest name in boxing, Oscar de la Hoya, who in their right mind would want to stay at LW and fight Diaz, or Casa or Campbell if they have a chance to make the biggest money they have ever made and gain some enormous exposure? After he beat Oscar, who's name was on almost everyone's mind to fight Pac next? Hatton, not Campbell at 140, not Bradley, not Holt but Hatton, because he was the most famous and the lineal and Ring champ at the weight. Again, only an idiot would not choose to fight Hatton among all the other options. After that fight, sure he could have stayed and fought the other guys at 140, so did he duck any of them because he chose to fight one of the best Welterweights of the time? Jeez...
A week before Pacman beat Marquez in the rematch Campbell became the WBA, IBF and WBO champion...... Then pacman signed to fight David Diaz for the WBC title..... pacman couldnt have fought campbell instead??? Yeah no time window whatsoever.atsch
Pac/D.Diaz was already signed and agreed upon before Pac/JMM II. Also Campbell stated he wanted to keep all 3 titles that he won for aslong as possible and was already immediately sanctioned by the WBO to fight his mandatory Guzman. They both verbally agreed to fight each other within like 2-3 weeks after Pac/JMM. There was no window for that fight to happened, besides its not like Pac entered the division against a low calibur fighter like a Corley or Mitchell only the real cherry pickers do that.......oh wait.
True but he still fought him even after he had to sweat it out. Your GOd refused to fight even if Campbell said "go" at 138.
Im not a Floyd fan so dont try dumb **** like that..... I hate to break it to you anyway but DeMarcus Corley shits all over David Diaz.
Nate ruined his future by getting Koed not once but twice by a hopeless Robbie Peden, of all people. The biggest mystery actually is how come Juan Diaz lost to Campbell, yet Campbell lost to Peden.
My god???:roflI love how you pacman nut suckers act like everyone else has to be a nuthugger if they say something in favor of another fighter and mention Manny Pacquiao in the same sentence. Guzman and the doctors felt he was unable to fight excuse the man for not wanting to risk serious injury by fighting handicapping himself in an already dangerous sport.
