Who did Willie Pep ever beat? NOBODY

Robinson said Pep was the greatest boxer he'd ever seen. That pretty much says it all however, another great quote about that I think comes from W. C. Heinz was that in most boxing matches you root for the KO to end the fight, when Pep was fighting he would hope there was no KO so he could watch as much of Pep's beautiful artistry as possible. Thats high praise indeed.
