A gift? How come? Do you really think that Samil Sam deserved the victory against McCall?

Now can we get O Maskaev vs W Klitschko ? and Piter vs Virchis and the winners fight for the belts

Peter vs McCall, solid punch vs solid chin. Plus, of course I wouldn't mind seeing McCall bring the heavyweight title back to Chicago, even if only for a little while. I'd love an Oliver vs Vitali bout here.

Id prefer to see him fight for the actual title but if that doesnt happen thats a tough question.

I like peter but I think McCall's style will present problems for him. Peter won't be able to use his power to his advantage with mccalls solid chin.

Virchis I havent seen enough of to make a decision so I would probably say Virchis.

Would rather see Peter vs Vitali Klitschko for the interm title. That woudl clear up the mess that the WBC has itself wrapped in. The winner fights Maskaev, or takes his title if Maskaev won't fight.

Buy him out. It would be worth it.

Who should pay for buying him out though?

K-2 promotions. Vitali himself, and it doesn't really matter. McCline isn't making that much money, I'm sure. Not the kind of money that shoulds step in the way of a Vitali vs Peter showdown that would make a bunch more. K-2 promotions could even just set him up a fight on the undercard to take care of it. Things can be done.

Although, it is probably too late now because it just doesn't seem like they are headed in that direction.

Even though, I am not sure how much McCline is getting paid, whatever you said is not a bad idea at all.:good

He should fight James Toney...nah in all seriousness McCall was promised his shot so he should get it.

The only beltholders that hold legitimate championships in my mind are Oleg, Wlad, Sultan, and Ruslan. If Peter fights any legit contender for the interim championship his belt means nothing in my eyes.

Peter can only become a legit champion by beating one of the current three beltholders. If Oleg retires, then I say he can only become a legit champ by beating one of the three remaining beltholders. I am not interested in an #1 and #2 WBC ranked fighter matchup winner getting any sort of legitimacy in the mix for the true heavyweight championship. If one of the current champs retires or doesnt find, challengers are going to have to look elsewhere for legitimacy. Claiming a vacant title or an interim title without fighting one of the BIG 4 means nothing.

Mccall is a far more seasoned heavyweight than Virchis.......
