    You think?

He had 20-30 lbs on Holyfield and I don't think he would like to be in a street fight with a bigger guy.
Golota v Vitali would be a bloodbath

No way Vitali would have stopped Tua either. He would now but just remember, Tua had an iron chin and a punch too big to let you walk him down.

    I agree.

Vitali is mentally strong - he would make Bowe uncomfortable.

Vitali would probaly ship alot of punshiment - but I cant help feeling he would give Bowe even worse hell than he did to Lennox.

    Bowe's courage was unreal though.

Holyfield really gave it to him in all three fights, and the survival of the 2nd round of the 2nd Golota fight proved beyond any doubt (reasonable or not) that his bottle was indeed A*.

If he'd quit on his stool after that round or just taken a dive not much could have been said.

If only logic like that was so simple to judge things.

People who talked about Lewis gassing should take a look at Vitali. He was breathing heavily through the mouth at the end of the fifth and clearly lost the sixth. Both men were tired but the HBO commentary was a disgrace.

    Talking about resumes.

There is no doubt - that Vitali is one of Lewis best ever wins.

The fact that Lewis didnt give him a rematch speaks volumes.

I'm fan of both fighters - but I feel Lewis gets his credit - but Vitali dosent so much.

Why should Lewis have given him a rematch? I don't get it. He was old, considerably slower, and wasn't in love with boxing anymore. Why should he prolong his career and fight someone HE ALREADY STOPPED? people always say Vitali took the fight at 2 weeks notice, and if he would have prepare he would have beaten Lennox, but Lewis also only had 2 weeks to prepare for Vitali!

Lewis's best wins for me are Morrison and Golota.

Morrison had a shaky chin but Lewis absolutely raped him, made him look like an area level journeyman.... and Golota was blasted out inside a round.

His win over Holyfield wasn't that impressive, he ought to have been dominating and stopping Evander by that time really.

1.Why did Lewis want to rematch Tyson?
2.Why did Lewis spend months after the Klitschko fight saying he WOULD rematch him?
My problem isnt the fact he never gave him a rematch, its the fact he talked the rematch up for months and then after about a year of talking he then retired:-(

    What wins are better?

    1) the Tyson fight would have earned him more money
    2) perhaps he intended to give him a rematch, but then couldn't motivate himself?

So on ur logic, if at the end of the fight Lewis said 'I TKO'ed this kid when I'm an old man, he won't get a rematch' it would have made it better?
