Unless Joshua fells well short of my expectations, it isn't even close.
Fury already had his share of scares and has shown to have a glaring weakness, while I think Joshua doesn't have many. He is reasonably unproven of course, but I think he can hang with the big guys in the near future, while Fury probably can't.

 

Fury is essentially where he will ever get to.

Joshua has lots of potential to exploit.
