I wish there was just one belt per weight class like the UFC all these belts are plain stupid, you are either THE CHAMP or you are not, How can you have multiple champions on the same weight class, its utterly stupid imo.

Which fighters do you personally class are the current true champion in weight divisions where the belts are currently spread out?

For me, just to name a few

    Heavyweight: Anthony joshua

    Middleweight: Obviously GGG

    Wealterweight: Keith thurman.

    Lightweight: Linares

    Featherweight: Léo Santa Cruz

    Joshua
    Usyk
    Ward (Should still be Kovalev)
DeGale (I think he beat Jack who is no longer in the division)
    Golovkin
Lara (I don't count Canelo in this division)
Thurman (Though Pacquiao is much more accomplished and Brook beat Porter much more convincingly than Thurman did)
    Crawford
    Linares
    Lomachenko
    Santa Cruz
    Rigondeaux
    Yamanaka
    Wangek (Should be Gonzalez)

Not familiar enough with the other divisions

The above aren't champions, they are trinket holders. But you did say personally so...

Not sure about the concept of a "true champion", but my opinion on the best in each division (even though I might not be a fan, e.g, Ward):
    Joshua
    Briedis
    Ward
    Degale
    Golovkin
    Lara
    Thurman
    Crawford
    Mikey Garcia
    Lomachenko
    Santa Cruz
    Rigondeaux
(For purposes of this thread, I count Canelo Alvarez at 160)

Gonzalez and Inoue are in the same division. Surely can't both be?
