I don't care. Kovalev is 'The Man' and everyone knows it.

He decimated the rightful WBA/IBF unified champion Campillo in three one-sided rounds. Campillo had been robbed of his both of his titles over in the US and hadn't lost a fight legitimately in about 5 years or something. Nobody has blown Campillo out like that.

Then he went over into the lion's den of Cleverly's backyard and decimated him in four one-sided rounds to pick up his WBO strap, dropping and stopping him for the first time in his career.

He went over to the WBC champion's backyard, fighting a high risk/low reward opponent in Sillakh, and fought on his undercard to try and set up a fight with him over there but the WBC ''lineal'' champion ran across to the other side of the street with his tail tucked between his legs.

Then he fought the new unified WBA/IBF champ B-Hop over in his country, totally schooling him 12-0. So he had to beat two unified WBA/IBF champions just to get his hands on those belts once.

Then for his first defence of his newly acquired unified WBA/IBF/WBO belts he took a huge risk by going over to Pascal's backyard in Quebec, dropping and stopping him for the first time in his career. How many unified world champions can you think of who would take such a huge risk like that, putting all three of their belts on the line in their opponent's backyard/country?

He's only fought twice in Russia as a pro, been the away fighter many times, and he fought for no wage for his first 18 fights over in the US and the first time he did get one over there he donated a large percentage of it to the family of Roman Simakov (RIP).

So Bowe had the fans in mind, excellent for him. And so happy Lewis followed his example.

:good If Bika wins he can take his lineage to 168 and fight Ward, for double lineage? Has that ever been done? Just both men going at each other in Oakland, no Ring or criminal organizations involved.

Bowe had his health in mind. Bowe beats Holy, Lewis beats Bowe, Lewis beats Holy...and maybe Bowe holy rematch in a non title fight.

Oh man, that sounds like a dream come true.

Bike and Ward are such exciting fighters, and with the stakes raised that high, it would outsale May/Pac.

I have to root for Bika now.

    lol

The mighty Tommy Karpency might have been the ''lineal'' champion at 175 had he got the shot instead of Stevenson. lol

I wander who couldn't beat that version of Dawson to claim "lineal?"

And that makes Bowe look even worse. Rather than try, he garbaged the belt. McCall wasn't a bad fighter at all.

I told you what Bowe did, he freed himself from corruption, told those organizations to stick it. Just like Lewis would do.

No, he was a good sparring partner. Seldon lasted longer against McCall. The same Seldon, Bowe murdered.
