    That title is vacant. It was Mayweather but since he's retired nobody has stepped up to take his mantle.

    Maybe it will be Ward if he beats Kovalev, perhaps Spence if he fulfills his potential.

    America never had a guy who was considered the face of boxing. That's press material. We've had/have too many good fighters to ever give 1 fighter such a title. Floyd wasn't the face of boxing like he says he was. He was clearly the best fighter in the world-bar none!

    I disagree. Porter doesn't have the confidence or charisma to be the new face of boxing.
