Wladimir. He hasn't been beaten in years and has beaten all the governing bodies top contenders. He's the true world champion, just he'll go down as the most boring one in the history of the universe. Vitali was a great fighter himself but ever since he came out of retirement he's definitely been looked at as understudy to his brother.

Would rather watch a dog lick its balls than watch either of them. The sooner they're both gone the sooner the heavyweight division can rise from the grave again.

I think the Lineage passed to Wlad when he beat Sam Peter the top contender - with Vitali having retired.

One could argue he became lineal when he beat Chagaev, #1 vs #2.

Either way Wlad is the man, such a shame he is a terrible bore

I'd go Harrison considering he's undefeated in Prizefighters.

I go with Wlad but I can understand why people say vacant.

    Wladimir Klitschko.

Q: Why was Chaegev's WBA title not on the line when he fought Wlad?

Chaggy was a late replacement & the WBA title he shared with Valuev was withdrawn & given to Valuev

I'll say vacant just to be different.

the brothers need to fight seeing as Vitali was classed as the lineal champion prior to his first retirement.

Since being ranked number 1, Wlad has never faced the opponent ranked 2nd.

But there's a lot of permutations like his brother being ranked second and Wlad beating Haye and Chagaev who were ranked clear 3rd and the clear best outside of K2.

My rankings have Wlad as Champion but he will lose his title if he doesn't defend against a top 15 ranked opponent by July.
