Loved and hated he was a prominent face and voice of the anti war and the civil rights movement in both America and the World and had audiences with probably more world leaders than any other celebrity.
Ali was voted “Sportsman of the Century” by Sports Illustrated and “Sports Personality of the Century” by BBC and was credited with successfully negotiating the release of hostages being held by Sadam Hussein.
