His tomb and his body were discovered in 1922.
For today's scientists it should not be too hard to extract the DNA out of whatever is left from him. :hi:

What he's trying to say is that others boxer were pre-prime as well and didn't suffer such devastating losses. It's not an entirely stupid train of thought. I agree Wlad has improved tremendously but you can't act like his three losses are irrelevant. If it weren't for his three relatively early losses, he would've probably sticked with Sdunek and lost significant fights later in career which would've been even more devastating.
No shame in losing but it is what it is and Ward has faced tougher opposition than Wlad while remaining unbeaten. Ward doesn't tower his opponents either and wins entirely by skill.

P4P Ward is better and it's not up for debate. Klitschko's longevity is pretty much the only argument you can make in his favour.

The "tougher opposition"-argument is false. Both Haye and Byrd are better than anyone Ward has fought. Froch is cool, but compared with Haye he is slow, with poor reflexes and power. Kessler is a sound and tough fighter, but compared with Byrd who defeated Vitali he has done ****. There is just not enough talent on Wards resume for him to be mentioned in the same sentence as Wlad.

    Elaborate.

In what ways do you think Kessler and/or Froch is better than Byrd and/or Haye?

    Froch's resume:
    - Pascal
    - Dirrel
    - Taylor
    - Johnson
    - Reid
    - Magee

Some might even consider this a better resume than Wlad's, though I admit it'd be a stretch. It's surely better than Haye's and Byrd's though.

    Kessler's resume:
    - Froch
    - Sartison
    - Andrade
    - Beyer

Froch alone is a tremendous win.

And Ward KICKED THEIR ASSES without dropping more than three rounds in total. Unlike Wlad, he didn't use his hight but his ridiculous skills to dismantle them with ease.

    Ward's resume:

    - Froch
    - Kessler
    - Abraham
    - Bika
    - Green
    - Miranda

Just a very, very solid resume with two A class wins on it.

Wlad dominates his opponents just as effective as Ward does. He does not drop many rounds against anyone, and in most cases he knocks his opponent out. I should not need to offend you by pointing out that skill has a part in it. You may not have considered this, but Froch probably landed more on Ward than Haye landed on Wlad. And who is better in terms of offence? Haye or Froch?

Both Kessler and Froch are well accomplished boxers, with good resumes. But consider that Kesslers best wins are Froch and Sartison. Byrds are Vitali, Holyfield and Tua. You can argue that that Holyfield was past it, and that Tua is a plodder, but defeating Vitali outweights anything Kessler has accomplished during his career.

You can easily make a case that Froch has a better resume than Haye. Pascal and Taylor are very good scalps. Dirrel is not really such a big deal, not sure why you bring him up. He has accomplished little within the sport. But in terms of head to head abillity Froch is just nowhere near Haye. Haye is p4p so much faster, has so much better reflexes and so much more power.

As we both know resumes can be twisted to suit your agenda. When I say that Byrd and Haye are the better scalps it is much due to how I percieve their head to head abillity. I have high respect for both Kessler and Froch, I just dont think their talent is on the same level.
