Fitz at #4? That's pretty crazy man.

What do you make off Owen Moran?

Fitz at 4? Turpin at 2? Strange picks to be fair.

Not a fan of Driscoll I take it either?

to both Mcgrain and Tommy V , its hard to make room for so many great fighters when you only have 10 spots, just because they did'nt make it in my top 10 does'nt mean I don't rate them.

    anyway what wrong with Fitzsimmon's

To be fair, if you rated Driscoll you'd have him comfortably in the top 10. Any idea on where you would have him if the list extended?

And Fitzsimmons is most people's #1. Arguably a top 15 P4P fighter of all-time, lineal MW, LHW and HW titles, wins over Dempsey, Maher x2, Choynski, Corbett, Ruhlin, Sharkey, Gardner, O'Brien, and competitive H2H across 3 weights.

yeah but I don't just rate purely on achievement, if that was the case he be my number 1, but I feel Lynch and Turpin where better fighters, really impressed with them guys on film.

well the main thing for me is who is the best fighter as in there abilty to fight what they are able to do in the ring ( obviously it has to be proven against the best) but if a guy has such amazing achievements then I will sometimes give him his due and rate him over someone that I might think is a better fighter, it depends on how good they are I try to be fair. Thats why I have no problem with you rating Fitzsimmons number 1 even if I think Lynch and Turpin are better fighters, I can understand that, but you know where I'm coming from.

So you believe Turpin could've done what Fitzsimmons did?

Or anything similar? I understand if you find his modernized style more pleasing to the eye, that will typically be the case when comparing pre and post-Walker Law fighters. However, to say he was better, as in more efficient, is something different altogether. Usually I won't get into to these pre-modern vs post-modern debates, but I'm trying to understand your reasoning here.

I think in Hd 2 Hd match up Randoplh Turpin would win, whys it got to be that I don't rate old fighters, I have Jack Johnson rated number 3 at heavyweight.

    don't make assumptions :hi:
