I like Bivol, and although i don't dislike Canelo personally perse, there are elements of his persona and the whole 'diva A-side' stuff that I detest. But his work ethic and ambition also has to be respected.

I just hope we get a good fight with no controversy, but I will be rooting for Bivol as I think a win for him will be better for Boxing, and will also be better in a way for Canelo as it will dispel the narattive that he cannot be beaten on the cards or stopped.

But if Canelo wins clear, without dubious judging, he will get huge credit from me and major props, I think Bivol is easily his hardest fight since GGG

Unless Bivol gives Canelo a boxing lesson like Usyk did to Joshua (which I don't see happening) there's no way the corrupt boxing officials will let Bivol win a decision so for Bivol to get a win he needs to throw bombs.

Will be rooting for Bivol in a major upset.

If Bivol boxes his ears off, it will not shock me in the least, nor should it shock anyone else. The only thing shocking will be is if he actually gets credit for it. So, if he does better than Kovalev, which he most likely will, him getting a legit win is not out of the question. At the time of the stoppage, shot to hell, pitty patting, drained Sergey was up on one card and another was even, while I had Sergey winning handily as did several others, at least some of those rounds gave the appearance that they were closer than they actually were. So if Bivol can shut down his offense to a degree, keep him at the end of his punches, just out of range and keep Canelo hitting air all night. A SD win is not necessarily out of the question.

Not a fan of either. Used to like Canelo but then the PED scandal and all the BS around that soured me to him. Still admire his skills and enjoy his fights but find it hard to root for him.

Bivol I've not seen much of, I'll probably end up rooting for him as he's the underdog, if I root for anyone. I just want to see a good fight, which I think we will do. What I've seen of Bivol has impressed me, very composed and skillful fighter, I'm thinking he gives Canelo a tough fight, wouldn't shock me if he won or at least loses a close and controversial decision.

I wonder, what kind of PED testing are they doing for this fight, if any?

    I hope Canelo wins.
    1) Bivol has only fought 3 times in the last 3 years facing mediocre opposition. I had high hopes for him when he was fighting the likes of Pascal, Barrera and Joe Smith Jr but since then he was basically keeping the belt hostage.
    2) I want GGG to get a payday for the trilogy fight.

Rooting for Bivol all the way.

    1) I don't like Canelo
    2) I've watched a lot of Bivol lately and love his smart, light-footed boxing.

I like seeing upsets, but i'd rather Canelo won. He is in the midst of solidifying himself as an ATG and is the biggest star in the sport, boxing is better off with him on top.

I think it's better for the sport if Canelo wins (without controversy).

Also him beating Bivol to me still has no bearing on the guys I think would give him his stiffest test.
