:rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl :good hey when is the fight again anyway!
if jones shows a smidgen of his past self this will be a massacre...hatton vs. mayweather part2 with calzaghe playing hatton
I hope Calzaghe wins, because the post-fight anti-euro sentiment on here if RJJ won would be unbearable.
"Roy Jones, he's also a legend, isn't he?" Calzaghe said. "But I'm a legend killer. Send in another one, and I'll send them all packing."
How can you be a legend killer when all he does is affirm said legends status AS a legend. He didn't "kill" Bernard Hopkins. He just PROVED why Bernard Hopkins was considered a legend in the first place. As said by Roy Jones Jr. himself during the HBO broadcast. Post-fight. Might've had something to do wtih why Roy signed for this one.
:rofl And he actually considers these fights "feats"... Legend killer - atsch How about "old man picker-on-er-a"
Roy Jones-He's one of my all-time favorites. However, he is going to need a knockout to win, because otherwise Calzaghe will outwork him to a UD.
I'm European, and I'd rather endure that then the countless posts stating that this means that Joe would easily beat a prime RJJ. This has happened with the win over Popkins. Many posters appear to have come to the conclusion that because the fight was so close when Hopkins was 43 (and with health problems making him unaware, 4 times, of which corner of the ring to go to at the bell), that because of the victory Calzaghe would win far more clearly against a younger prime Hopkins. Work that one out. I really don't want to see a true boxing legend, who's shot to pieces, and aged; being run rough shod over by a self proclaimed "legend killer". "I'm a legend killer. Send in another one, and I'll send them all packing."
Rjj So Joe C Will Quit Acting So Cocky...joe C Is A Good Fighter But Hes Overrated In My Opinion And I Hope Rjj Exposes That
Roy Jones. Calzaghe will clearly win, and I'm a huge fan of his, but I'm an even bigger Roy Jones fan and I'd like to see him close out his career with a big win.
