Since everyone of note has left the 130 lb. division, who do you like?

It sounds like Edwin Valero is going to vacate and move up to chase a fight with Pac.

That leaves us with Robert Guerrero (who vacated and is moving up from featherweight), the new champ Nicky Cook, Humberto Soto, Mexican prospect Urbano Antillon, Rocky Jaurez, Alex Arthur... anybody else I'm missing?

Humberto Soto will most likely dominate.

Soto cleans house, but he could easily move to 135...

Jorge Linares, maybe Chris John in a few months, maybe Gamboa after a couple of FW fights. Also Baloyi and Kevin Mitchell.

I see Linares dominating as soon as he put his hands on one of the titles.

    Soto should clean up.

Is Antillon staying at 130 now then?

Dont know for sure, he always switchs weight classes but I am assuming he stay at 130 since it is highly likely he will pick up a belt there.

I used to like 126 to 130 division, it's a pity likeable fighters had just left to heavier weights. I would rather choose Rocky Juarez, as one of the few left who fought some greats in this weight, and also based on his last performance over Barrios, I think he'll do good in this division.
Humberto Soto also has a chance to dominate at 130. IMO Soto is big in this weight, I even thought he has no business in this division and fits for light to welter divison.

Soto hope he doesn't move up so he can clean 130.

At the moment, Soto is the man at 130.. That last fight he had with Lorenzo was disgusting.. Aren't they suppose to have a rematch?

Jorge Linares is someone I'm eyeing to move up and take care of things at 130.. Forget Gamboa :D
