No, he didn't. I was thinking of Wanderlei's slam of Sakuraba while rationalizing that post, and added the name by mistake.

Before he lost to Chuck... I would have probablly gone for Tito.... but 2 years of sitting on his ass has made Rampage a better fighter and given him the edge.

rampage was a ****ing legend in PRIDE. "miss pride" but to facts rampage has fought better competition facing fighters in their prime such as shogun, wanderlei x2, kevin randleman, murilo ninja rua and fighters such as lyoto machida, dan henderson, chuck liddell, ricardo arona, sakuraba and igor which are bigger names and harder fighters imo as they have a vast range degrees of fighters such as wrestlers, bjj specialists and devasting strikers name top 10 fighters that tito beat better than those that rampage has beat.

Very close but I give it to Rampage, people forget how good Tito was pre Chuck but I still give the nod to Rampage even taking this on board.

I've always felt that Wanderlei's style is best suited to a ring, rather than a cage/octagon. Some people might not think that environment makes a difference, but some fighters don't fare as well in one environment as they do in the other.

Rampage competed at the highest level in the ring in PRIDE with success, and in the cage in UFC and other promotions. That's another factor - albeit a small one - that I think is pretty impressive.

People forget Rampages level of competition and quality of wins. Have a look at wikipedia and this argument is dead.

I voted tito just because he was a champion for a while. He was the face of ufc before liddell whoop his ass. Rampage was only able to defend the title once then he lost.

Rampage do have a better resume.
